Description
Strictly speaking, this heat insulation steel roof & wall panel rol forming machine is specially to traditional design. This is only a part of PU foaming heat insulation wall panel roll forming line. We roll forming the steel roof part at first, then the formed well roof goes into PU foaming section, after foaming the PU roof panel will be cut off together at the line end.
This roll forming machine prodcues metal sheets from 1219mm width and 04-0.8mm thickness. The tranmsission type is chain-sprocket; control system is Delta PLC with Omron encoder, cutter is hydraulic type, stop to cut.
The heat insulation steel roof & wall panel rol forming machine is formed by 30 stations rollers, need about 40GP*1 +20GP*1 container to loading. There are also one uncoiler, one control cabinet, one hydraulic oil pump and three runout-tables in the container.
