Our Ceiling Making Machine Advantage
1. This Ceiling panel roll forming machine can prodce three width PPGI material, 457.2mm effective width needs to roll forming reinforcing rib, the other two sizes need't this. We design the 18th stands adjusted by hand wheel to lift the step rollers up and down to reach this requirements. See below picture for reference.
2. At the cutting off end of Ceiling Panel Roll Forming Machine, we install indicator, when the steel ceiling roll forming machine is working, the indicator will be light, it is more safe for operator and can remind worker to switch off the power supply after be off duty.
3. Entry Bench has been designed for better feeding steel material, solute material blocked on feeding tableplace.
