Material Feeding:
The process begins with a material feeding system that ensures smooth entry of flat steel sheets into the machine. The steel sheets are usually fed from a coil.
Roll Forming Stations:
The corrugated roof sheet machine consists of 20 roll forming stations, typically arranged in a linear sequence.
Each station is equipped with specially designed rollers that shape the flat steel sheet into the desired corrugated pattern and driven by one 7.5KW motor.
As the material progresses through each station, the rollers gradually form the steel sheet into its final corrugated profile.
Cutting Mechanism:
Once the sheet reaches the correct shape, a cutting mechanism will cut it into the required length.
This can be done using a flying cut device (for continuous production) or a stop to cut device (for batch production), depending on the design of the machine.
Stacking or Packaging (Option):
After the panels are cut to length, they are typically stacked or packaged for easy handling and transportation to the next stage of production or delivery.
