Due to automatic design, the CZ purlin machine significantly reduces manual labor and production time. The continuous rolling process ensures a consistent and reliable output. Seven rolls leveling device is for ensuring metal purlin can roll forming at flat situation, it is good for improving purlin effect. We always choose 1.5 inch stronger Chain for transmitting power, so machine working life is longer than other suppliers.
The CZ purlin machine is equipped with an advanced control system, ensuring high precision in dimensions and tolerances. All the machine parts are fine machined and high quality level, cast iron is precision machine and stronger design, the wall plate thickness is 40mm, that’s why our CZ purlin roll former is available for 550MPa yield strength steel material.
This CZ purlin roll former comes with four sets of punching devices—three sets for double holes and one set for single holes. The number and configuration of punching devices can be customized to meet specific customer requirements, offering flexibility for various applications. A limit switch precisely regulates the stroke, ensuring accurate punching positions and further enhancing the precision of the production process.
