Feeding Table
At the beginning of the double layer forming machine, there is manual pre-shear, and the feeding table is between manual pre-shear and roll forming machine part. And the feeding table is for guiding the steel coil into the machine. It includes a position device that is operated by a hand wheel for adjusting the steel coil width, ensuring it is properly aligned for optimal processing. The leading rollers rotate along with the steel sheet, allowing the material to enter the machine smoothly, preventing any jams or misalignment.
Roll Forming Machine Section
There are two sets of forming rollers on double layer forming machine features two-layer roll forming rollers, which can process two roof sheet profiles. The rollers are all made from 45# steel and are treated with hard chrome plating for durability. The shaft diameter is φ75mm, made from 45# steel and precisely machined using CNC technology for high accuracy. The system is driven by an 11KW motor, and matched with a 4KW pump motor for cutting roof sheet off. The chain sprocket transmission ensures efficient and smooth operation, reducing the risk of wear and tear over time.
Hydraulic Cutting Device
The post hydraulic cutting device is integral to the double layer forming machine. Each layer is equipped with its own cutting blades, which are guided by a stable cutting frame mechanism that prevents deformation during operation. The cutting seat is constructed from casting iron, offering excellent shock absorption and impact resistance, which extends the machine's lifespan. The cutting blades are made from Cr12MoV, providing exceptional durability, with a service life of over 1 million cuts.
