The 5tons*600mm hydraulic un-coiler feeds the steel strip smoothly and continuously into the machine line, while the powerful feeding guide ensures that the strip is aligned and tensioned correctly for accurate forming.
The pre-levelling device prepares the steel strip for straightening steel coil flat. This ensures the final product will have a smooth and even contour, meeting the strict standards required for highway guardrails.
Equipped with a gear box driving system and 16-step forming process, this highway guardrail machine gradually and precisely bends and shapes the steel strip into the desired profile of the highway guardrail. The separate stand frame design provides stability and rigidity during the forming process, while the 30KW main motor, driven by a frequency speed control system, ensures that the rollers operate at optimal speeds for different materials and thicknesses.
