The metal roof panel roll forming machine is a high-performance designed for precision forming and efficient production of steel roof panels. Whole producing line combined with a manual shear and a feeding table with guide, Pull-push type manual shear is for cutting no used material head or tail. Driven by a gear/sprocket system, the steel roof making machine has 20 roll forming stations, all forming rollers are made from 45# steel, precision-machined using CNC lathes and coated with hard chrome for durability. Shafts diameter is 75mm, are solid and finely polished for improving accuracy. 11KW driving motor matched with frequency speed control, so machine line works at speed of 22-25m/min (Base on 6m long roof panel length)

4KW pump motor’s cutting pressure is up to 10Mpa., no-slug cutting type, and Cr12 cutting blades are hard enough for extending blade using life. Whole YX32-250-1000 Metal Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine's precision is controlled by PLC control system that automates cutting length and quantity, the PLC system integrated components such as a Delta PLC, View touch screen, Koyo encoder to work automatically. The cut-to-length tolerance is within ±1.5 mm, with a 24V control voltage for safe operation.
