This is the roof tile roll forming machine, it is a full automatic line combines with 5 tons hydraulic un-coiler, manual pre-shear, roll forming machine part, hydraulic pressing & Cutting device, PLC control box and product support rack.  The current roof tile forming machine line is made from 16 stations and 7.5KW driving motor, all the forming rollers are precision machined and hard Chrome coated. 

This roof tile roll forming machine line include a hydraulic pressing and cutting device, burr-free tile separation, a PLC control box for intuitive operation and real-time adjustments, and a product support rack to safeguard finished tiles during output.
