For Xiamen Thrive’s manufacture ability, we have two options, one is combining with metal corrugated sheet roll forming machine line and the other is separated from corrugated sheet making machine, below is the detailed description for each option.

 

Combined Design Option

 

The “combined design” integrates both the corrugated sheet roll forming machine and the curving machine into single roll forming line. This setup enables a smooth transition from forming the corrugated steel sheets to bending them into the desired arch shape. Here's how it works:

 

Step 1: The “corrugated roof roll forming machine” begins to shape the steel coil into corrugated sheets by 18 roll forming stands.

Step 2: Once the corrugated sheets are formed, the “corrugated sheet curving machine” automatically beginning to work, curving the roof sheets into arch shape. The arch radius can be precisely adjusted on PLC control system.

 

This combined design ensures roll forming line process automatically, and save human cost well.

 

Separated Design Option

 

The “separated design” offers more flexibility by keeping the corrugated sheet roll forming machine and the curving machine as independent units. This option provides several benefits:
