Supports a wide range of materials including Alu-zinc with thickness ranging from 0.35mm to 0.8mm.

Effective width: 840mm, and feeding width: approximately 1000mm.

Hydraulic Decoiler

Equipped with a 5 Ton*1250mm hydraulic decoiler for smooth and efficient coil feeding.

The hydraulic coil inner hole expanding system is powered by a 3KW pump motor, offering easy handling and adjusting of coil sizes.

The taper wedge expanding system ensures stable coil feeding, with a load capacity of up to 5 tons.

Compatible with coils of 510±30mm inner diameter, and max. 1300mm outer diameter, supporting a coil width of max. 1250mm.

 

Entry Rollers & Manual Pre-shearing Device

Designed to handle working thickness of up to 0.8mm.

Features smart cut control that only trims the end of the final sheet, ensuring precision and reducing material waste.

 

Main Roll Forming Roofing Machine

The gear/sprocket driving system provides stable, efficient operation.

The forming station consists of 18 stations, made from 45# steel, and processed on CNC lathes with a hard chrome coating for long-lasting performance.

Shaft diameter: Φ75mm, ensuring robust and reliable rotation.

Main motor: 11KW, line speed is approximately 20m/min

 

Hydraulic Cutting Device

No blanking cut technology is utilized, ensuring smooth and clean cuts.

Cutting tool material: Cr12, heat-treated for enhanced durability.

The hydraulic pump motor is rated at 4KW, providing consistent cutting power.

 

PLC Control System

 Equipped with a Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen, allowing for automatic control of quantity and cutting length.

Schneider inverter and Omron encoder ensure precise control over speed and operation.

Cut-to-length tolerance is within ±2mm or can be customized to meet specific needs.

Control voltage: 24V, ensuring safe and stable operation.

 

Product Rack

The whole roll forming roofing machine line includes an un-powered, three-unit product rack to collect finished panels, designed for easy storage and handling.
