Uncoiling Steel Coil: Hydraulic un-coiler to uncoil the metal coil automatically and feed steel coil head into roll forming section. The un-coiler shafts can be expanding or shrinking for suiting different steel coil inner diameter.

Roll Forming M/C: Roll forming section is the heat of whole roof cladding forming machine, which consists of a series of rollers that gradually shape the flat metal sheet into the desired profile or pattern. The whole roof cladding forming machine was driven by 7.5KW motor and all the rollers are precisely designed to create the correct dimensions and shapes for the siding panels, hard Chrome coated for anti-rust.

Roof Cladding Cutting: After the metal sheet has been roll-formed into the desired shape, the hydraulic cutting device is used to trim the siding panels to the required length. Some metal side machines have flying cut-off blades that can make continuous cuts as the metal is formed, and normally there have a stop cutting station.

Product Stacker: Once cut off the required roof cladding length, the finished siding panels are either stacked for further processing or packaged for shipping and distribution, we can match auto stacker or cheaper product collector on the producing line as you need.
