This roof panel curving machine is designed to form profile panels into desired curved shapes with precision. Designed with 5.5 KW hydraulic motor driving and matched with servo motor for feeding roof sheet inside roll forming machines. The roof curving machine supports min. curving radius of 500mm, it can work horizontal and vertical bending for versatile applications.
By using surface cramps, panels are smoothly formed into the required curvature. Its auto-control capability, managed through a PLC cabinet, the curving radius, length, and cramp distance, all set easily via a user-friendly screen. If the user needs to curve longer roof sheet, it is better to turn over the machine at vertical direction for processing.
