Key Components
Decoiler: Holds and feeds the metal coil into the main roll forming machine.
Feeding System: Ensures consistent material entry into the rollers straightly, no block and won’t go to side.
Roller Stations: Sequential sets of rollers that incrementally bend the metal strip into a square/rectangular cross-section.
Cutting Mechanism: Hydraulic or servo-driven systems to cut pipes to desired lengths. We will need square pipe shrink machine and bending machine as full set for square pipe installation.
Control Panel (PLC): Automates operations for precision and efficiency.
Forming Process
Uncoiling: Metal strip is fed from the decoiler.
Roll Forming: Passes through 20-24 roller stations, each progressively shaping the metal into a square profile.
Seaming Edge Rollers: Edges are joined via interlocking seams or welding (if required).
Cutting: Pipes are cleanly cut to specified lengths (e.g., 2m, 3m).
