This is the size interchangeable design roll forming machine for standing seam roof, machine can roll forming both straight standing seam roof and fan shape standing seam roof. And the standing seam roll forming machine is totally 13 steps to form, it is portable and compact structure design. Whole roll forming line is controlled by PLC system, PLC Controls the cutting length & quantity automatically and working speed can be adjusted on the system, too.

Machine Features

The standing seam roll forming machine is using main shafts with shaft diameter of ф70mm, all the shafts are precision-machined to ensure smooth and reliable performance. Forming rollers are made from high-grade 45# steel, manufactured by CNC lathes and coated with hard Chrome for improving rollers durability and wear resistance. The entire standing seam former machine process is controlled by a PLC system. The system manages cutting length, quantity, and working speed adjustments, enhancing efficiency and minimizing human error during production.
This standing seam roll forming machine line can produce standing seam roof effective width range of 400/425mm, and the raw material feeding width can be 575/600mm. It is equipped with a 7.5KW main motor and frequency speed control, enabling forming speeds of up to 18m/min.
