The rollers are chrome-coated (0.03-0.05mm) for increased durability, while the shaft, with a diameter of 65mm and made of Cr40 steel, undergoes quenched hot treatment to achieve 650 MPa strength.

  3. The main steel door frame forming machine section operates with a 7.5KW, 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase AC motor and uses a chain transmission for smooth, efficient operation.
