Feeding Table

· Position Device: Operated via a hand wheel to adjust steel coil width and position the coil optimally for feeding.

· Leading Roller: These rolling rollers rotate alongside the steel sheet, guiding it smoothly into the machine.

· Manual Pull-Shear: This feature allows for cutting off the steel coil at the beginning or end of the three-layer roll forming process, as needed.

Main Machine Section

· Three-Layer Roll Forming Rollers: Designed to handle different roof sheet designs, offering versatility and space-saving benefits in factory layouts. Switching between layers is facilitated by a clutch mechanism.

· Shaft Specifications: Diameter of φ90/75mm, constructed from 45# steel and finely machined with CNC lathes.

· Forming Roller Material: Made from 45# steel, with hard chrome coating applied after fine lathing and polishing for durability.

· Motorization: Equipped with an 11KW driving motor and a 4KW pump motor, utilizing chain sprocket transmission.

Post-Cutting Device

· Each layer of the three-layer roll forming machine has its own cutting blades, with a guided mechanism ensuring stable and non-deformable cutting.

· The cutting seat is made from cast iron, offering excellent shock absorption and impact resistance.

· The cutting blades are crafted from Cr12MoV, providing a lifespan exceeding one million cycles.
