The main frame of corrugated forming machine welded separately, while the external walls are securely connected using screws after undergoing surface treatment through rot blasting. 

Machine Key specifications include:  
1. Roller Material: Crafted from high-grade No.45 forged steel, with precision ensured through digital-controlled processing.  
2. Roller Shafts: Processed twice with a grinding machine to achieve high precision in the final product.  
3. Chrome Plating: Rollers are coated with a hard chrome layer (0.05mm thickness) after machining with exact tools, ensuring a longer lifespan for the forming rollers.  
4. Shaft Diameter: Available in 75mm or 95mm, depending on design requirements.  
5. Forming Rollers: Equipped with 20 forming stations to ensure accurate profiling.  

The corrugated forming machine operates with a chain-and-gear mechanism powered by a motor, with all actions controlled automatically via a PLC electric cabinet. It is designed to work with a power supply of 380V/50Hz, 3-phase, with options for customization to meet specific requirements.
