The Galvanized Sheet Making Machine is a high-quality designed for efficient and precise sheet metal production. This entire roll forming machine line is equipped with a feeding guide, a manual pre-shear device, 20 stands of roll forming, and a hydraulic cutting device. The entire Galvanized Sheet Making Machine production line is controlled by a PLC system, ensuring smooth and automated operations.

The machine frame is made from cast iron, providing a stable foundation for the entire system. The roll forming line is 20 stands, with measuring meters for adjusting roller spans and driven by gear/sprocket mechanisms. All the rollers are made from high-quality 45# steel and precision-machined by CNC lathes, then coated with hard chrome for durability and longevity. The shafts have a diameter of 75mm and are precision-machined and finely polished.

The Galvanized Sheet Making Machine has matched with 7.5KW driving motor and features frequency speed control, producing line forming speeds is approximately 15-18m/min. 

Whole galvanized sheet making machine line are controlled by PLC. The system is combined with PLC, inverter, touch screen, encoder, and other components, providing a user-friendly interface for operators. The cut-to-length tolerance is ≤±2mm, ensuring high accuracy in production.
