Its load capacity of up to 3 tons and 600mm coil width accommodates material thicknesses of 0.3-0.6mm. Buyers can select between automatic hydraulic or handwheel expanding options for added flexibility.

Engineered for precision, the machine includes cold rolling mills with a guide system and 16 forming steps. Rollers are made from CNC-processed 45# steel and hard-chrome coated for durability, while the 75mm shafts ensure accurate ridge cap production. The ridge cap roll forming machine achieves a forming speed of 15-18m/min, powered by a 7.5KW motor with frequency control.

The hydraulic cutting system, equipped with a 4KW pump and Cr12 blades, provides clean, precise cuts at a maximum pressure of 12Mpa.
